Your room will be ready from 15:00 onwards, but you can hang out in the Pentalounge before that if you want.
What time do I have to check out?
Don't worry about hurrying, you've got until 12:00 to check out.
What time is breakfast?
You can kickstart your day with our delicious breakfast buffet between 06:30 and 10:00 (10:30 on Sundays).
When is the restaurant open?
The Pentalounge is open daily for food from 12:00 all the way until 22:30.
Is there somewhere for me to park?
Guests staying with us can enjoy a 40% discount at the Q-Park on Chatham Road, just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. To claim your discounted parking, you’ll need to book in advance. Visit q-park.co.uk, search for Reading (Chatham Place) car park, and enter the discount code PENTA40 when booking.

Can I bring my pets?
Your furry friend is cool to hang with us. Dogs and cats are allowed. It's £20 per stay.
When is the hotel gym open?
The hotel gym stays open round the clock for all of you that want to get a late night/early morning session in.
Does the hotel offer room service?
We do offer room service! Our full menu is available between 12:00 and 22:30, and we even have a smaller menu that we can provide around the clock. Please note that ordering room service will incur a cost.

Of course, you'll find a speedy and stable connection in every room!
How can I pay?
We are fully cashless and accept card payment only. This makes us safer, cleaner and greener (that's our two-cents worth anyway). Sorry cash, you are no longer king.
How does your housekeeping work?
To keep things sustainable, we don't clean your room daily. Just let us know if you'd like it cleaned during your stay – no extra charge. And as a thank-you for your sustainable stay, we plant trees through our partner organisation.
