When can I check in?
Your room will be ready from 14:00 onwards, but you can hang out in the Pentalounge before that if you want.
What time do I have to check out?
Don't worry about hurrying, you've got until 12:00 to check out.
When is the restaurant open?
The Pentalounge is open daily for food daily 24/7.
What time is breakfast?
You can kickstart your day with our delicious breakfast between 07:00 and 11:00.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
We have two wheelchair accessible rooms at Pentahotel Moscow. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
Can I bring my pets?
Dogs and cats are allowed at Pentahotel Moscow, Arbat. There is a maximum of 1 pet per room and they should not exceed 15kg and 35 сm height at the withers . If you are staying between 1 and 5 days, it costs 5000 RUB. Stays between 6 and 10 days cost 7000 RUB, longer than 10 days - 15 000 RUB.
When is the hotel gym open?
The hotel gym stays open round the clock for all of you that want to get a late night/early morning session in.
Does the hotel offer room service?
We do offer room service! Our full menu is available between 12:00 and 22:30, and we even have a smaller menu that we can provide around the clock. Please note that ordering room service will incur a cost.
Is there free WiFi?
Of course, you'll find a speedy and stable connection in every room!
Do you have air conditioning?
We have air conditioning in all of our rooms, giving you the control to have a temperature that you feel comfortable with.
Is there somewhere for me to park?
There is an offsite carpark in front of the hotel. It costs 400 RUB per hour from 08:00 till 00:00 and 100 RUB from 00:00 till 08:00 (subject to change).
How does your housekeeping work?
To be as sustainable as we possibly can, we won't schedule daily cleaning for your room. If you would like your room cleaned during your stay, it’s no problem, just let us know and we'll happily take care of it at no extra cost. To add the green cherry on top, in exchange for you staying sustainably at a Penta, we’re also planting trees through our partner organisation.
