Important Information on Limited Service
Pentahotel Hong Kong, Kowloon is appointed as the Designated Quarantine Hotel for all travellers arriving in Hong Kong on or after 22 December 2020 from specified places who must undergo compulsory quarantine in accordance with the directions under the Prevention and Control of Disease (Regulation of Cross-boundary Conveyances and Travellers) Regulation (Cap. 599H). The Hong Kong SAR Government has categorized the relevant specified places into four groups according to the relevant risk-based boarding and compulsory quarantine requirements, please refer to government website for details.
The designated quarantine hotels will only receive returnees from overseas who are required to undergo compulsory quarantine. For returnees from Mainland China or Macao, you can stay at home or other designated places (including hotels that are not designated for quarantine) stipulated under the Compulsory Quarantine of Certain Persons Arriving at Hong Kong Regulation (Cap. 599C). For your own health and safety, we continue to closely monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and are following guidelines from the World Health Organisation and local health authorities.
