Day tickets currently cost €24 per adult and €16 per child during the summer months (21 March – 31 October). From 1 November to 20 March they cost €20 for adults and €13 per child. Discounts and family tickets are also available.

How long should I plan for a visit to Leipzig Zoo?

 

To fully enjoy the zoo and all its themed worlds, we recommend planning at least 5–6 hours. 

What time of day is best for a visit?

 

Leipzig Zoo is popular year-round. If you prefer a quieter experience, visit early in the morning or later in the afternoon. Keep in mind that it can get especially busy during school holidays.

Where can I park at Leipzig Zoo?

 

If you’re staying with us, we recommend leaving your car at the hotel and walking to the zoo. There’s also a multi-storey car park directly by the zoo.
