Regulation of Disposable Plastic Products
In response to implementation of “Regulation of Disposable Plastic Products” by the Hong Kong Government, and also support environmental protection efforts, we will no longer provide single-use plastic amenities in guest room starting from 22 April 2024. These include comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and shower cap etc. We would suggest you to bring your own toiletries, should you request any of those items, please approach our Front Desk on ground floor for purchasing.
Hong Kong Government Hotel Accommodation Tax
Effective January 1, 2025, as stipulated by the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348), room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax.

When can I check in?
Our check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. Should you arrive earlier, we would be happy to store your luggage.
What time do I have to check out?
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Is there a deposit required for my stay?
No deposit is required during your stay with us.
What is the minimum age requirement to check into a guest room?
The minimum age required is 18 years old.
What amenities are provided in the room?
Due to our environmental policy, we do not provide single-use plastic amenities, including toothpaste and toothbrush, razor, shower cap, and bottled water. If needed, these items can be purchased at the front desk. Each room is equipped with a kettle, and drinking water is available at the elevator lobby on each floor.
Does the hotel have air conditioning?
All rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning for your comfort.
Is there free WiFi?
Complimentary WiFi is available in all guest rooms and public areas.
How does your housekeeping work?
Daily housekeeping service includes cleaning and replenishing of amenities. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please use the "Do Not Disturb" button.
What time and where is breakfast?
Guests with breakfast-inclusive reservations can enjoy breakfast at Wing Fung Cafe (G01 on the ground floor) with their breakfast vouchers. Breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM daily.
Does the hotel offer room service?
The hotel does not offer dining room service. For bedding or amenities, please dial "0" from your room phone for front desk assistance.
Can I store my luggage at the hotel?
During your stay, you can use our complimentary luggage storage service. For storage outside your stay period, a fee of HKD10 per item per day will apply.
When is the hotel gym open?
Our fitness center is open 24 hours daily for your convenience.
What recreational facilities are available?
An American pool table is available free of charge in the ground floor lobby from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight) daily.
Do you have coin-operated laundry facilities?
Our hotel does not have coin-operated laundry facilities, but we offer paid laundry services. Please complete the in-room laundry slip, pack your clothes in the provided bag, and inform the front desk for pickup and delivery arrangements.
Can I bring my pets?
We regret that pets are not permitted in the hotel as per our policy.
Do you have baby cots?
We provide baby cribs, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance if you need.
Is there somewhere for me to park?
The hotel offers paid parking at HK$60 per hour. Please inquire at the front desk for availability.
Do you have airport shuttle bus services?
We regret that we do not provide airport shuttle bus services, but we can arrange a taxi for you at the Front Desk.
Do you have foreign currency exchange?
Our front desk provides currency exchange services, and the exchange rates fluctuate according to the latest market rates in our system. Please contact our front desk for details about the rates and types of foreign currency accepted (we only accept cash).
