After the huge success of the earlier editions of‘Les Chambres du Chef by Penta’, we’re excited to announce new dates for the April “Swing into Spring” edition.

We’re thrilled to present you our collaboration with awesome restaurants in Leuven during the four weekends of April. This means each Friday and Saturday, a restaurant and its chef are in the spotlight to tantalize your taste buds. Several rooms will be dedicated to 'Les Chambres du Chef by Penta'.

Your private dining room for two – in an adjoining room to your bedroom, or within a spacious Junior Suite – will be the perfect setting to discover the unique menu prepared and cooked fresh to order by the chef of your choice.

02 – 03.04.2021 Chef: Daniele Soru

Italian Chef and owner of Barba, Daniele Soru, opts for fun, refined and easily recognisable ingredients with which he presents contemporary dishes in a no-nonsense style. The fact that he also provides excellent value for money makes his approach even more similar to what Pentahotels stands for. Not only is Barba's menu surprising, well presented and innovative - the staff are also super friendly and will guarantee you a first-class fine dining experience.

16 – 17.04.2021 Chef: Jane Birkin, Serge Gainsbourg & Chef Roel Lebegge

You clearly love Gainsbourg! They sold out so quickly (again!) that we had to invite them back once more to give everyone a chance to book them. Jane Birkin and Serge Gainsbourg were an iconic couple; she was the personification of beauty and became his muse, partner and mother of his child. The styles of restaurant Gainsbourg and Pentahotel are quite similar. Our ideas are simple: get your basics right, create a cozy vibe and serve top quality in its purest form.

23 – 24.04.2021 Chef: Kim Vanhorenbeeck

Chef of Den Angelus, Kim Vanhorenbeeck, mainly uses products from her own family farm Katspoelhof in Bierbeek. Fresh meat preparations, self-managed 'from fork to fork'. This ensures pure and natural flavors on your plate! The inspiration for many dishes of Den Angelus is the Belgian country kitchen. Just like at Penta, they work with passion and conviction every day, and guests are welcomed warmly and relaxed in a family atmosphere.
