What is included in the Fall/Winter 2025 MICE promotion package?
Each package includes a fully equipped meeting room with standard AV technology, morning and afternoon coffee breaks with snacks, lunch (buffet or set menu depending on location), unlimited drinks (water, soft drinks, and coffee), and a seasonal treat. Some hotels also offer a welcome reception with pastries or fruits.
Can the packages be customized?
Yes, our team is happy to discuss additional services such as gala dinners, breakout activities, or extended stays to suit your event.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants?
Yes, packages start from 10 participants. Maximum capacity varies by hotel.
Are overnight stays included in the package?
The packages are priced per delegate and include the option to add overnight stays at special promotional room rates (see rates per hotel above).
Do the hotels offer additional facilities for guests?
Yes. All Pentahotels participating in the promotion offer:

Are there any extra seasonal perks?
Yes! Each package includes a special seasonal treat for every attendee (such as Winter Sangria, Autumn Fizz, or Winter Pimm’s). At Pentahotel Brussels City Centre, if you confirm one event, you’ll also receive one free guest at your End-of-Year dinner (min. 20 attendees).
