What’s included in the Spring 2026 MICE package?
More than you might expect. Every package includes a fully-equipped conference room, welcome refreshments on arrival, morning and afternoon coffee breaks with snacks, lunch (buffet or set menu depending on your hotel), unlimited water, soft drinks and endless coffee — plus a complimentary drink for every attendee at the end of the day. Because that part matters.
Which hotels are part of this promotion?
The promotion runs across our hotels in Germany (Braunschweig, Bremen, Eisenach, Kassel, Leipzig, Rostock and Wiesbaden), Belgium (Brussels City Centre — get in touch regarding our other Belgian properties), France (Paris CDG) and the UK (Reading).
What are the prices?
Packages start from €69pp at our German hotels, €79pp in Belgium and France, and £40pp at our Reading property. Bedroom rates are available from €109 / £109 B&B per night for delegates staying over.
What’s the free drink?
Glad you asked. Every attendee gets a complimentary drink — an Aperol Spritz or cold Heineken at our German hotels, an Aperol Spritz cocktail in Belgium, a Spritz jar in France, and a beer or glass of wine at Reading. Consider it our way of saying well done for getting through the agenda.
How many people can the packages accommodate?
Groups from 10 up to 90 people, depending on location. Whether it’s a focused team day or a larger conference, we can usually make it work — just get in touch and we’ll figure it out together.
Can I customise the package?
Absolutely. Think of the package as the floor, not the ceiling. Our team is happy to discuss gala dinners, team activities, breakout sessions, extended stays or anything else your event calls for.
When does the promotion run?
The booking and event window runs until 31 August 2026. Availability is subject to the usual caveats, so the sooner you get in touch, the better.

Not in the base package price, but promotional bedroom rates are available at all participating hotels from €109 / £109 B&B per night. Just mention it when you enquire and we’ll include it in your quote.

All participating hotels have on-site parking, a fitness centre and a 24-hour Pentalounge — our bar, café and social space all rolled into one. It’s the perfect spot for pre-meeting coffees, informal breakouts or a well-earned drink at the end of the day.
