We’re working hard to become as sustainable as possible, which is why we’ve changed the way we provide our cleaning service. As a general rule, we don’t clean your room every day. However, if you would like your room cleaning during your stay, please let us know and we will arrange it. There’s no extra charge for this service. To top it all off, in return for your sustainable stay at a Penta Hotel, we’re now planting trees through our partner organisation.

• Your towels will be replaced with fresh ones if you leave them on the floor but, why not reuse them? You wouldn’t just use them once at home!
