And hey, don’t hesitate to give us a shout if you spot anything out of the ordinary (water leaks, malfunctioning lighting systems, etc.). We are there to make your stay as smooth as possible.
. Remember to turn off the lights and electronics when you leave your room
. Take advantage of the daylight - throw those curtains open and get some vitamin D
. Need some fresh air? Make sure you turn off the air conditioning before opening the window
. Keep your showers short and sweet
. Use the smaller flush button on the toilet when you can
. Your towels will be replaced with fresh ones if you leave them on the floor but, why not reuse them? You wouldn’t just use them once at home!
. Why not take the stairs when possible? Hitting your daily step count is better for both you and the environment anyway, right?

Your room will be ready from 15:00 onwards, but you can hang out in the Pentalounge before that if you want.
Don't worry about hurrying, you've got until 12:00 to check out.
The Pentalounge is open for food from Monday to Saturday evening until 22:00, lunchtimes and Sundays upon request.
We do offer room service at Pentahotel Eisenach! Our full menu is available from Monday to Saturday evening until 22:00, lunchtimes and Sundays upon request. Please note that ordering room service will incur a cost.
You can kickstart your day with our delicious breakfast buffet between 06:30 and 10:00 (10:30 on Sundays and public holidays).

Your furry friend is cool to hang with us. We have specific pet friendly rooms for dogs and cats (subject to availability). It's €20 per night.
The gym is open from 08:00 until 22:00. Plenty of time to elevate that heart rate!

We have 80 paid parking spaces directly at the hotel (in cooperation with our external partner fair parken GmbH)
To be as sustainable as we possibly can, we won't schedule daily cleaning for your room. If you would like your room cleaned during your stay, it’s no problem, just let us know and we'll happily take care of it at no extra cost. To add the green cherry on top, in exchange for you staying sustainably at a Penta, we’re also planting trees through our partner organisation.
