After the huge success of ‘Les Chambres du Chef by Penta’ for our previous editions, we are excited to announce new dates for the April “Swing into spring” edition.

We’re thrilled to continue our collaboration with popular restaurants in Brussels during the four weekends of April. Each Friday and Saturday, a restaurant and its chef are in the spotlight to tantalize your taste buds. Several rooms will be dedicated to 'Les Chambres du Chef by Penta'.

Your private dining room for two – in either a connecting or an adjoining room to your bedroom, or within a spacious suite – will be the perfect setting to discover the unique menu prepared and cooked fresh to order by the chef of your choice.

Italian Chef and owner of Barba, Daniele Soru, opts for fun, refined and easily recognisable ingredients with which he presents contemporary dishes in a no-nonsense style. The fact that he also provides excellent value for money makes his approach even more similar to what Pentahotels stands for. 151][KITCHEN is a restaurant inspired by the rich culinary tapestries of Moroccan and Middle Eastern cuisines. Simona, the head chef, grew up in a Moroccan household filled with fragrances, tastes and visual treats of her cherished mother’s and grandmother’s cooking. There, she learnt the skills of meal preparation and fell in love with the whole experience of providing delicious meals to overjoyed friends and family. She prepares a unique menu full of flavours and surprises.
