When can I check in?
Your room will be ready from 15:00 onwards, but you can hang out in the Pentalounge before that if you want.
What time do I have to check out?
Don't worry about hurrying, you've got until 12:00 to check out.
What time is breakfast?

When is the restaurant open?
The Pentalounge is open daily for food from 12:00 all the way until 22:00
Does the hotel offer room service?
We do offer room service at Pentahotel Leipzig! Our full menu is available between 12:00 and 22:00, and we even have a smaller menu that we can provide around the clock. Please note that ordering room service will incur a cost.
Is there somewhere for me to park?
We have a large car park here in Leipzig with 184 spaces. It is €24 for 24hrs.
Can I bring my pets?
Your furry friend is cool to hang with us. Pets are allowed at Pentahotel Leipzig. It's €20 per pet per day and there is a maximum of 2 pets per room.
When is the hotel gym open?
The hotel gym stays open round the clock for all of you that want to get a late night/early morning session in.
Is there free WiFi?
Of course, you'll find a speedy and stable connection in every room!
Do you have air conditioning?
We have air conditioning in all of our rooms, giving you the control to have a temperature that you feel comfortable with.
Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
We have a wheelchair accessible room at Pentahotel Leipzig, please contact us directly for further information.
How does your housekeeping work?
To be as sustainable as we possibly can, we won't schedule daily cleaning for your room. If you would like your room cleaned during your stay, it’s no problem, just let us know and we'll happily take care of it at no extra cost. To add the green cherry on top, in exchange for you staying sustainably at a Penta, we’re also planting trees through our partner organisation.
