Over the past year, our Penta Gurus have enriched the environment we live in through city and beach clean-ups, charity outreach and donations and social activities that bring everyone together.
Penta Academy
As we plan for our future growth, we’re dedicated to and focused on our next generation of leaders. With this in mind, we have created our very own Penta Academy. Here we accelerate the kick-ass employees and the rock stars of the future and create the next generation of leaders. In collaboration with our global training partner, we have crafted a bespoke twelve-month programme that gives those stars the tools they need to take the future by storm.
Penta EDGE
Penta is committed to developing high potential graduates from major universities, hotel schools and internal candidates who have, what we call, ‘the edge.’ We work with these individuals to launch their careers in senior management and executive positions by offering a personalised Management Trainee Programme.Our programme, Penta EDGE, gives trainees the opportunity to gain an insight into everything that makes the brand truly unique. This tailor-made programme offers trainees the opportunity to experience various departments and properties, within the Penta portfolio, over the course of 12-18 months.
